I had seen these wonderful lamps several times on different days, but the drivers could never find a place to park. On our last day in Jeddah I asked specifically to go here and to be able to get out and take pictures. That driver found a place to pull off the roundabout, and so I was able to take pictures to my heart's content. I understand that these, too, are lit up at night, but since we had no car in the evenings and can't take public transportation, we unfortunately didn't seem them illuminated.
