Answer; It's a Water dragon Wed 29.

it’s a close up of the skin
of a water monitor (probably Varanus salvator) which are
a native of South Asia and common in Bangkok, Thailand.
They are known locally as hia and “chicken eater”. This
one, which was around 2 metres long, was relaxing on
a concrete wall beside a canal (known by locals as khlong).
