These care are over 60 years old. I have a friend and his wife who visited Cuba on a holiday and he used on of these taxi's and said it was a bit disconcerting being able to see the potholes in the road through the holes rusted through the car floor. But overall he enjoyed the holiday. Very nice capture of the owners pride and joy car.

On those new cars in Cuba, saw an article on the news recently, new modern cars would be starting at 220,00 Cuban. I like this shot immensely, not just for the image factor but to show us all how to care for our cars and make them last longer. My only reason for visiting Cuba would be to photograph old cars.

A real beauty! Its owner can be as proud as he looks (the man at the right?) Recently, Cuban authorities started allowing population to import cars, so, these old beauties will disappear quickly I guess... endika
