I'm a bit puzzled by the wording here. Maybe there is some more subtle form of terminology used in the demolition business, but the Swedish term "raserar" to me means "levels", "destroys" or "trashes" rather than a more controlled form of demolition, including a following proper clean-up. Maybe it is just me reflecting on this...
