I’d like to thank my husband David, without whose support I’d never have made it. I’d also like to thank my Mum and Dad for bringing me into this world and making me love music. Also, my friend…. snivel cry. Etc etc yawn, yawn, zzzzzzzzzzzz!!!
You know I got a bit over-excited about my very small role in our Halloween music composition? Well, this tops it all because today I played a song on a tuned instrument. Yep – me – the tuneless wonder. I made real, tuneful music.
The rest of the super-group who made this happen were Sinead on ukulele and Lisa who did a duet with me on the xylophone. We’re taking bookings for gigs that can commence any time after Christmas and we expect to be multi-million album selling superstars by the same time next year. We will be seen in Hello and Grazia magazines wearing posh frocks, while standing on red carpets with a zillion paparazzi flashlights going, being hugged by Brad Pitt lookalikes in penguin suits.
Oh sorry – did I forget to mention the song we played to rapturous applause today? Er, see if you can guess? CCGGAAG (etc).
What, you don’t know?
TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR of course!
