This is the ever watchful eye of Gabby as she toasts herself in front of the fire while Gus snoozes alongside. She’s a complete monkey and has a technique for luring Gus away from the spot where she wants to sit! Mostly though, they lie together in companionable silence, one on guard checking for signs of interesting activity.

We have spent the evening with our good friends, Sharon & John for a pre-Christmas get together. Lovely!
