This is the only Sasanian monument which portrays an embassy. It is brought to the king by a Persian nobleman with a long sword. The Arabs are accompanied by a dromedary and a horse. The King wears the usual winged crown.

The water from an old aqueduct has damaged this and other reliefs at Bishapur.
