Dick and I walked along a quiet country road on the edge of Albany and found so many
little treasures in bloom, but this red banksia really caught my eye.
The name is Banksia cocinea or Scarlet Banksia.
We also took photos of banksia in Kings Park when we visited with Sheila & Kevin,
and here are 4 banksia photos taken on that day.
