This was our last full day with Richard and Christiane (and, of course, Penny) at their home in Kennett Square. We started out early with mass. The service met with my approval because of a 7 minute sermon and a 47 minute overall elapsed time. Pretty good! I wish our parish had such great statistics. We had a lazy day. Richard prepared some great gumbo and some neighbors were invited for dinner. All in all a very good day. Sometimes just hanging out with the kids is very satisfying.
