Jackie got his chops at Beni Hana and Haru in Manhattan, then head sushi chef at
Tokyo Express (our home away from home) in Poughkeepsie. Now he is his own boss
as owner, operator, head chef of Mizu in Hyde Park....awesome stuff.
Wherever we go, Mrs B and I always sit at the sushi bar. Watching these guys
work is part of the deal!
