The un-numbered pieces are a special colorway with a removeable Donald Trump hairpiece. These were created for the House of Lords & Queen Empress dealers (one per dealer) to offer in a collector raffle.
The Donald Trump hairpiece just sits on the head, museum wax is keeping it in place.

Been looking for this since it came out. Last time it was seen for sale was almost 10 years ago for 600.00 on Ebay. Wish I bought it them as I know it is worth more than Back Scratch which has sold for 4K a long time ago and I think the last on on Ebay went for 2K. Would you take 4K for this piece? Donald Trump! I just have to have it!!!!!! Will try to find your email address and PM you. NEED THIS! not too often mold AND color variation on one piece.
