On my day off on July 24, 2013 I got bored.
I thought I would try for fun to make a wheel cover
for my Mountain Bike. I used a 10 dollar sheet of
Plaskolite and some bolts with lock nuts.
I got the method from the below video.
The person in the video used zipp ties.
