Golf Capital of the World?

I've heard that there are more golf courses per capita here than in any other place in the world.
I don't know if this is true or not but there are 50 courses (public and private) within 25 miles of my town.
There are actually 23 courses within 10 miles! Rochester has the Wegmans LPGA Championship every year
and this year is also hosting the PGA Championship. If you watch it on TV, think of me as I'm only a few miles away!
