Love this old time scene - and nothing better than film to capture it. V

Strange Twilight Zone atmosphere... timeless. It could easily be the 1940s. I recently learned that the original "Penny Scales" were created by a slot machine company.
Good work in B&W. V

A pragmatist's element in contest with fate..
This is well seen and captured in its totality! Fine work, Karen.
There are areas in my city where levels and squares are hidden away;
quick, practical solutions are direct, but often not gorgeous : )

weight and fate can be inextricably inter-twined..a multi-dimensional scene to give one pause, dated views in aspic notwithstanding...
