Early the next morning when we got up, this boat was out on the river with trout fishermen in it. (I was not using a zoom in this photo but had gotten dressed first.) The Yellowstone River (specifically in the Paradise Valley area) is world-reknown for its trout fishing. The ONLY thing we would change about this cabin would be to add window coverings for all windows because the ONLY windows that had any were the two in the master bathroom. Imagine waking up and wanting to go to the bathroom but seeing boat(s) with people just beyond your window! I can't imagine how busy the river must get in full season, especially during early-morning hours. The other reason for having window coverings would be to block the morning sun light to allow someone to sleep in later. It got daylight around 5:30 a.m., making it hard to sleep-in. We felt fortunate that the cabin just south of us (straight in view from our master bedroom's French doors) was unoccupied that week, otherwise it would have felt strange at night when our bedroom lights were on inside and we were walking around in our nightwear, knowing someone in that cabin could look out their windows and easily see us. However, after mentioning this complaint on our VRBO Review, the owner replied that they have now installed window coverings on ALL windows in the cabin. YEAH!
