01 April - Grungy Tractor

A once loved tractor which has seen better days, though purposely made to look worse in HDR processing.

Looks like it would make a good nesting box..
Well seen, hdr works well. v

it does seem to have ploughed it's last furrow...very effective treatment..V

These subjects are perfect for conversion, great work and a cracking spot

I think it probably looks better with you making it look worse :-)
John Reynolds LRPS02-Apr-2013 06:09
Well spotted. Looks like nature is reclaiming the tractor. V.

You have a sense of humour and have used it to present this ancient classic...sometime since it was bright and shiny new...V

There certainly IS a lace for "grunge" and "painterly". This works well. V

You did well to spot it - I imagine it disappears in summer.

Good photograph Brian but you really do need to get your garden tidy again, you have left
it far too long this time !
Johnnie Rogers 01-Apr-2013 21:48
A gift! I would like to see a series of pics of this old classic
chris morton01-Apr-2013 21:46
well you couldn't have arranged the parts better if you had done it deliberately to set up an abstract; much quieter in this state too
Sheena Woodhead01-Apr-2013 21:38
Mmm, probably won't work again :-) I like the treatment.
Colin Storey01-Apr-2013 21:37
Great find and processing.
Johnny JAG01-Apr-2013 21:09
It needs a bit of a polish

I love the motive, but instead of HDR you should rather try a bw version!
