Yellow-rumped Warbler

I was excited to see this bird at Delta Ponds. I couldn't find anything exactly like it in my bird book.
Thanks to all who identified it as a yellow-rumped warbler!
Photo was shot in DX mode and then cropped.

Vern, Yelllow-rumped Warblers are highly variable in appearance. The one in the bird book could very well look different.

Terrific image Vern. Looks like a Yellow-rumped Warbler, Audubon's Population, to me; however, I'm not sure as I can't see the yellow patch on top of the head, nor the yellow rump.

Vern - this is a Yellow-rumped Warbler. When they have the bright yellow at the throat, they are the western "Audubon's Warbler" variety. Terrific shot of him too!
