Note the sign, slightly out of focus to the left advertising "The best 'Roid' removal in Guffey". For those of you not familiar with that term, "Roid" refers to hemorrhoids and maybe the sign is referring to that big scarry iron tool behind it as the device that removes them. Ick!!
