The park is only a mile and a half on foot from home to the back entrance but I didn't have a lot of time today - well not to walk there, circumnavigate the lake and walk back.
It is my go to place for trying out new lenses, cameras etc, and is around 4 miles to the main entrance and car park.
Think I am going to get myself a car park pass, £3.50 per day but only £14 until the end of March.
Might help with PAD!
