Acanthis flammea/hornemanni

These are either dark "exilipes" Hoary Redpolls or pale Common Redpolls (A. flammea flammea). ID features that support "exilipes":

-- Few narrow streaks on undertail coverts
-- Relatively weak streaking of flanks
