Bald Eagles

Louisiana

After building a new nest to replace the one destroyed by Hurricane Isaac, this pair does not seem ready to nest yet. Perhaps they are tired from their ordeal. She is up on a branch enjoying the sun and he is pouting. Anytime I can get two eagles AND the nest, I do not pout.

I wonder if they are concerned about something? This is fantastic to see two and the nest! V

Patience Coleen. They will soon reignite their passion and give you some great photo-ops.

I never knew these eagles were so domestic. Sure looks like they have a difference of opinion about their next move. Greeat
