This is a pizza oven and the pizza is old styled-hand tossed and good tasting. There is nothing new about an old oven like this except the exterior, which in this case is tile and mirrors. I wonder if years from now, if the business were to close, if someone would really admire this colorful exterior or want to make it something new. Whatever happens, I think the oven will live on, because there's nothing as good as these oven that have been around for eons!
