Had my dinner here tonight...took this shot before the diners started streaming in..
This restuarant has an open-kitchen concept and it showcases authentic Tuscan cuisine
Diners can watch the acrobatic pizza chef Pasqualino puts up a show
of flipping and spinning his intricate pizza dough....
