to deceive and defraud the said Pltffs in this behalf hath not as yet paid the several sums of money or any part thereof to the said Pltffs (alltho so to do he the said Keith was requested by the said Pltffs afterwards to wit on the same day and year last aforesaid and often afterwards at the County last aforesaid) but he to do this hath hitherto wholly refused and still doth refuse to the damage of the Pltffs $600.00
