John Kenney

Mr Kenney was an attorney from Rockingham County VA and served as a delegate to the 1850 - 51 Virginia Constitutional Convention. He was born in 1792 and died in 1873 he was a Lawyer and Jurist who held the rank of Lieutenant in the United States Army. he fought in the War of 1812 and served as a judge on the Virginia Circuit Court from 1852 to 1860.

this document is from my personal collection and is hand written papers in a case between Andrew and George Burn, whom Mr Kenney represented and John Keith. the papers date to 1818
