What a true pleasure to see this little Owl, frist found and seen in January 2001
by one of the members of our guide team, namely Deepal Warakagoda. We needed to climb
a high muddy, rocky and steep hill track pushing through the forest.
(well to be honest I did need to be pulled up some of the way)
But well worth the effort to see the most wanted bird in Sri Lanka.
