Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, is a world class city of approximately
13 million people. It has a vibrant economy and is the political, financial,
industrial, commercial, and cultural hub of Argentina. Buenos Aires also has
its poor with their shanty town but in general, the town appears prosperous.
January is their summer so days are warm and reasonably comfortable.
