Church of the forest

I was fascinated with these buildings (and got a bit carried away photographing them), which were the reason I wanted to visit the park in the first place. They are said to have been inspired by early Hungarian architecture and are topped with symbols of the original clans. Csete György, who designed them, is a Hungarian organic architect of the Pécs Group.

This was taken much later than most of the other yurt pictures. I had been waiting for some tourists in bright red slacks to get out of my way so I could photograph this building minus him. Suddenly, what had been a sparkling winter day turned into a dark day with a huge cloud hanging overhead. We came back here just as the park was closing to catch in in some sweet-ish light.
