Amino acid map

Partial map showing that v2 specimens differ by one amino acid from v1 and the Costa Rica specimens (column 72) producing a different protein.
It is a replacement of one non-polar amino acid (M) Methionene with another non-polar amino acid (V) Valine in the v2 variants.
This is termed a conservative replacement. That is compared to radical where the replacement is polar or charged.
Thanks the Bruce Walsh. Without his advice, I would not have looked into the conservative / radical replacement business.
