Meat lollypops, lentil soup, escargot, tapenade triangle, Jerusalem artichoke soup (served at beginning of meal)

Salmon tartare with crab (served between entree and plat)

Chocolate truffle, caneles, tiramisu, wasabi creme brûlée (served after dessert)
