Homard Breton en Deux Services:
(DROITE) Les Pinces en papillotte et Achard de Fenouil au Curcuma
(GAUCHE) La Queue en Bruchetta, Pomme Verte et huile d'Argan

Two Breton Lobsters served two ways
(RIGHT) The Pincers in Cellophane with Pickled Turmeric Fennel & Lobster roe
(LEFT) The Tail in Bruchetta with Green Apple & Argan Oil (in the eyedropper)



The entrée was the most incredible course!!! Every bite was pure fantasy!
