22nd - Connection

Cheltenham, Glos.

You'd think it would be easy to plug things together, wouldn't you? I mean, how difficult is it to wire a telly and a DVD player together so you can watch a film?

Well, obviously it's a step too far for this gadget- and technophobe, I had to get my domestic expert to assist me in working out what I had to do...

other sizes: small medium large original auto

I love the 'simplicity' of this composition and it is beautiful in black & white. Glad you got connected. :) BV

Grrrr, I hate gadgets too and ALWAYS let someone else work it out!!

:) Experts are good to have!

first thought you had dismantled your toaster...in fact if you have one you don't need a telly...just bliss out watching the bread change colour...this does look as if it needs careful aligning...V

Are you sure you can't plug a SCART lead-in? Time to skip a technology and go for BluRay and HDMI.

Nicely presented and taken, enjoy your film.

It's always good to have a domestic expert.

Still using SCART leads? Not heard of HDTV, Blue Ray and HDMI leads?

I always knew we shouldn't have gone away from Betamax. Its the worst design ever
Phillip Normanton22-Nov-2011 19:02
Yup, you need a telly on the end of that to make it work right! :o)

Looks tricky.

Looks complicated to me! Best of luck to you! As usual, a great dof Doug! :)

The scart plug aaaah, the only plug I cannot plug in without seeing what I'm doing
Guest 22-Nov-2011 18:12
Well, your expert knows how to plug them together, but I'm sure he can't take a photo like this!!!! Well done Doug!

Great macro shot. Be sure not to bend a prong, otherwise there will be no movies tonight.
