I was wondering around Byculla and found myself amongst all sorts of different workshops. There was great noise coming from this one, so I poked my head in and expressed amazement, at which point I was invited in to take a look. It was very hot and very loud and the men were working in sandals. I was free to get as close as I wished without endangering either myself or the men, clambering around over metal parts - not all of which I could be completely sure had cooled. Indian Health & Safety regs are ...different.
