From Ruins To Previous Look

Warsaw, Poland

Almost 85 % of Warsaw's left bank buildings were destroyed during the Second World War and the Old Town was turned into rubble.
After the war it was reconstructed with great effort of all Poles.
The reconstruction was so precise that today one can hardly tell which buildings survived the war and which were rebuilt.
