September brought us the Tulelake and Butte County Fair. People from Siskiyou, Butte and Klamath Counties have our yearly Fair. 4H kids bring their animals and projects, adults submit home made items and beautiful photos to compete with their neighbors. There is also a rodeo and a country concert during the 3 day annual event. This clown was making balloon animals for the kids. (I had Bill's camera)
