To celebrate the opening of the new Talatsao shopping centre in Vientiane, Laos, they are hosting 3 days of mini concerts with celebrities from the Asian entertainment industry. This lady sang very nicely, but most of the crowd were there to see the boy band at the top of the bill, for which they went crazy.
