Prior to the race, the city hall bell tower bells ring incessantly. In fact, we were awakened by both bells and
drum rolls at 4 a.m. the day of the race. Here we can see some crazy kids who climbed up and were not only
hanging out of the bell tower, but also climbing on to the bells to make them ring !
