Time Warp
by Paul A

Long exposure of a luminescent face clock, zoomed in and out numerous times. Multiple exposures and a few other rotating touches in post.

If the truth be known it's the post that makes it the most interesting.

I think you inadvertently picked the 5D (right next to the 50D) in the Edit Image drop down list. I changed it to 50D (course it still says 5D in the full exif ??) - PeterK

Anyone have any idea why the exif is reporting my camera as a 5D rather than 50D?? I really didn't get an upgrade. PA

Paul, I think it fits the challenge perfectly! Very creative and, as Traveller said, very well thought out. I was hoping for people to make images in camera they wouldn't normally make. As comments and Charlie's suggestions came in, I realized that many of the things we do in pp may/will soon be incorporated into (some of) our cameras - and some like mult. exp. already are. This is a well planned and executed image with a lot of visual appeal. It also shows many of us new horizons in terms of what can be done with our cameras.

And I agree with you, it's not about winning, it's about learning and sharing.

Thanks for sharing!

I almost took a self portrait of me with my arms flailing in the air and then put me being sucked deep down into the Vortex. But then I thought that may be a little over the top. Maybe I'll do that one and put it on Facebook!
BTW, I never enter hoping or expecting to win. PA

I love it...very nicely done....and thought out...you should be proud of this. I may, or may not, vote for this image....but it is very good regardless. Traveller
