Sunset on Friday, April 29th, 2011. The structure to the right is the Space Shuttle Main Engine (SSME) Engine Service Platform (ESP), which provides access to the engines on the Mobile Launcher Platform (MLP). It sits just underneath the SSME nozzles and, therefore, has to be removed before launch.
