DENIED! With launch delayed due to a faulty Load Control Assembly (LCA) in the Orbiter's aft compartment, the Shuttle gets to view a beautiful sunset on what would have been launch day. The LCA controls, among other things, the Orbiter's Auxillary Power Unit (APU) heaters. These heaters keep the hydrazine fuel from freezing while on-orbit. Because of the criticality of this item, the problem is not one that can be waived before flight - it must be fixed.
