Entering Ranthambore one morning we came upon this big tiger sleeping in the middle of the road. We had to stop the jeep quickly to keep from running over him since the cat was sleeping on a bend in the road. Seemingly unconcerned, He Yawned, got up to stretch, took a moment to sniff a tree, and walked a few feet off the road to resume his morning sleep. He is a well known dominant male in the area named T24.
