Shiloh, Tennessee

The Battle of Shiloh occurred 149 years ago tomorrow in this beautiful woodland in southwest Tennessee, the weekend of Palm Sunday. It could not have been much more different there this morning..

Looks like things are coming alive there. This is such a beautiful and peaceful place. Hard to imagine that a horrible battle was fought in Shiloh.
