This jewelry box was made out of one sloid block of red cedar 6" thick and approximately 14" long. The two drawers were then cut out. After that the two drawers outer edges 1/4" thick were cut off. Next the inside of the drawer was cut out. Finally the two outer edges were glued back onto the inside of the drawer.
Blood wood faces on the front of the drawers and then some tiger maple pulls. Finally sprayed with 5 coats of varathane.
