My friend Tom Beech suggested I take some photos of the inside of the wing where I am doing some work on the Swift. I didn't have a camera I could get into that space. Not even my smallest pocket camera. But now I have one. I went to Harbor Freight today and got a digital inspection camera. It is only 640x480, but it is sufficient to get into there and photograph things so I can see what is going on. As I was nosing around inside the wing I found the nut and washer that I couldn't reach, just sitting there against the spar cap. Now I know where they are, I can get in there with a magnet and snatch them out.

Video, wow...Maybe you could attach flexible cable pick-up fingers to it and pick up or move whatever you are looking at ??

It captures video AND audio!

This unit does video? or live view that you can capture still from?

The camera itself is only 10mm in diameter. It does have a video out, but the hand held unit is satisfactory for seeing what is going on.

Very cool... I was going to suggest a USB webcam and your laptop, but this unit might have video out so you could still see larger picture on the laptop as you use it.

But as you are noted as saying "I could be wrong" 8-)
