The Coasties come over to LaPorte every once in a while for some pattern work. Today was a pretty quiet day so they had the pattern to themselves. Helicopters can be quite noisy, especially if you are in the plane of the blades. It was fun to watch, but I gotta believe it is a real maintenance headache.
