If you're anything like I am, it can be dangerous to rip open a bag of potato chips...
You know what I am talking about... you can't eat just one!!!!
So, this is a great tasting potato chip (no doubt a lot healthier too) and you can make just a couple at a time!
Thinly slice your taters.... roll around in a bowl with a tiny drizzle of olive oil, Ground Sea Salt, and Cracked Black Pepper..... line a microwave plate (spray with pam) with a single layer of potatos... microwave on high 2 minutes... turn potatoes and continue to cook on high (30 seconds)... watch carefully not to scorch... Soooooooo Freaking Good!!!!!! and NO preservatives (not that you need to worry about that).... I vow never to buy commercially produced tato chips again!
