I'm getting closer to needing a pair myself.

from the thumb thought you had dropped them in the snow...sharp shooting...good to get the clarity back for reading, and a lot cheaper option than arm extensions...V

Nice job, I especially like that you took the time to clean them first. ;-)

Beaut interpretation Doug. I remembered my x1 magnifiers for the first time last Sunday!!
Cindi Smith30-Nov-2010 01:33
Yep, I have to wear them too....happened overnight at the ripe old age of 42. Now, I have to wear them all the time. Usually in contact form but lately just wearing my glasses. Now you can see better! btw...chicks do make passes at men wearing glasses! :)

Nice macro Doug! They're a godsend, but they can be a pain too! V

Welcome to the world of four eyes!!
Mairéad29-Nov-2010 22:40
A well executed shot- now you just need another pair so you can find these
laine29-Nov-2010 22:09
I could even see this without my specs it;s so clear!!!
tinkerb29-Nov-2010 22:09
Looks like you cleaned them first! Mine are always covered in finger prints and generally grimy! Very clever shot - excellent work

Marvelous use of depth of filed.

You better put on your glasses Doug, parts of this photo are out of focus. :)
Just kidding of course, great shot, with nice focus and depth of field.
Colin Storey29-Nov-2010 19:05
Lol at Phill, he can try them out on the next meet, nice high key shot.

Blimey yes - I can see really clearly though that near lens - does that mean I need glasses too? :-O
