I was wondering what on Earth a courgette was; apparently they're what we know as a zucchini. I particularly like the way the light picks out the detail of the citrus slice here.
Methinks you must be a gourmet cook. I love watching for your food related pictures! I love pumpkin seeds and keep them in the fridge to snack on. They are very healthful. What's the dressing?
