Well, you are very lucky to live there! I think this area, next to the Island, is one of my favourite types of landscape/terrain. I found this meadow at emerald bay campground on green lake. and was enchanted.

This is just south of me. I'm in 100 mile house, :). I haven't had a chance to see much of the area yet, so I'll have to remember to look this place up. It seems like a good area to get some photos. Kathy W.
