I've always wanted to grow sunflowers.
I started a little sunflower garden on the side of the house this spring.
I'm really bad at keeping plants alive so I consider myself lucky to have grown this from a seed.
They make pretty good still life subjects (when the wind isn't blowing).

This is version 2 - square format. I darkened the background a bit more. The background is black foamcore. Lighting is provided by El Sol.
